Collection planning

Trusthound puts the day's pick-ups in a sensible order using each dog's address, and gives every stop an expected collection time.

Routes from real addresses
Addresses are placed on the map automatically. If one's slightly off, drop a pin on the right gate.
Collection windows
Record when each household prefers collection, such as 9 to 11 in the morning, and the suggested order takes it into account.
Approve once, share with the team
Check the suggested order and approve it. The walker's app shows exactly the same stops, in the same order.
By car or on foot
Plan for the van or for a walking round, and see the total time and distance in kilometres.

A suggested route is a starting point. You always see it before it's used.

Client and dog profiles, including how to get in

Everything your team needs at the door, kept in one place and locked down properly.

Dogs in detail
Breed, age, weight, vet, medication with its schedule, allergies, temperament, recall and the owner's consents for photos and emergency vet treatment.
Property access
Entry instructions, parking, hazards and household preferences, like "towel dry after walks" or "leave the radio on", shown as quick reminders on the day.
Encrypted codes
Lockbox, door, alarm and gate codes and wifi details are encrypted in our database. Each time someone reveals a code, it's logged.
Key tracking
Label each key and record when it's received, signed out for a visit, put back or returned, with who had it. The record can't be edited after the fact.

Vaccinations, chased automatically every year

Trusthound asks owners for an up-to-date certificate before a vaccination runs out, and once a year, so you're not the one chasing.

Reminders before they lapse
Owners get a reminder in the app ahead of the expiry date, and follow-ups if they haven't replied.
Photo in, dates out
The owner snaps the certificate. AI reads the vaccine types and dates, and shows you what it found.

Bookings protected
Services such as daycare and boarding can refuse bookings for dogs whose core vaccinations have expired.

Payments, SEPA Direct Debit and invoicing

Card payments
Clients pay invoices by card in your app or on the web, and can save a card for next time.
SEPA Direct Debit
Clients sign a SEPA Direct Debit mandate once in your app, and each invoice is collected from their bank account when it's due. Payers keep the usual eight-week refund right.
Invoices, one or all
Invoice a single client or everyone at once, with your VAT rate and your tax registration number on every invoice.
Polite reminders
Trusthound reminds clients about unpaid invoices, so you don't have to.
No Trusthound fees on payments
Each business has its own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard rates for card and bank payments, straight to Stripe, and the money goes to your bank. Trusthound adds nothing on top.

Write it down once, as it happens, and have it ready when an inspector or an owner asks.

Daily care logs
Check-in and check-out, feeding, medication, toileting, exercise, health checks, cleaning and notes, each logged in a couple of taps.

Incidents and training
Record incidents with what happened, who was involved and who was told, and keep each team member's training records.
