Clients pay the business by card, or by local bank debit: Direct Debit (Bacs) in the UK, SEPA Direct Debit in the euro area, ACH in the US, pre-authorized debit in Canada and BECS Direct Debit in Australia and New Zealand. Payments go to the business's own Stripe account. Trusthound takes no cut and adds no per-transaction fee; Stripe charges its standard rates directly to the business.

Daily care record templates follow the common licence conditions in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; other countries use a general daily care template. Trusthound never claims records are compliant or that a licence will be granted.

Data hosting

Amazon Web Services, London (eu-west-2), including backups. Nightly backups kept 90 days. Access codes encrypted in the database.

AI

Amazon Bedrock only. AI drafts owner-update notes and reads vaccination certificates; a person at the business approves every draft. Amazon doesn't use customer content to train models.

Partner programme

25% of what each referred business pays for its first 12 months. Referral links are remembered for 90 days.
