Dog vaccination tracker for dog businesses

Most daycares, boarders and many walkers ask to see that dogs are vaccinated. Keeping on top of it by hand means chasing owners every month. Here's what to track, and how Trusthound does it for you.

A vaccination tracker records each dog's vaccines and expiry dates, reminds owners before a vaccine lapses, and flags dogs that aren't covered. In Trusthound, owners upload their certificate, AI reads the dates, and you confirm them.

What to record for each dog

Core vaccines
Usually distemper, hepatitis and parvovirus (often shown as DHP). Your vet's certificate shows when each was given and when it's next due.
Leptospirosis
Usually given yearly. Many boarders and daycares ask for it.
Kennel cough
Often required by boarders and daycares, as dogs mix closely. It's usually given every year.
Rabies, where relevant
Required in some countries and for travel. Check your local rules.

Vaccine schedules vary by vet, vaccine and country. Follow the dates on each dog's certificate, and ask your vet if you're unsure what to require.
