Questions from dog daycares
Can Trusthound stop us going over our licensed numbers?
You set a capacity for each daycare service and Trusthound won't accept bookings over it. It's still your responsibility to know your license conditions.
Will it help with our license inspection?
No software can get you a license or permit. Rules vary by state and city: some states license boarding and daycare facilities, and some cities require dog walker permits. Trusthound gives you dated daily care records and an inspection pack PDF for any dates, ready for whoever asks.
Can several staff log care at the same time?
Yes. Each team member logs on their own phone, and everything appears in the dog's daily record with who logged it and when.
