Partner programme terms

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply to the Trusthound partner programme, run by Flavoureak UK Ltd (company number 16410737, registered in England and Wales; registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF). "We" and "us" mean Flavoureak UK Ltd. "You" means the person or organisation accepted as a partner.

1. Joining

  • You apply through the partner page. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion.
  • You need a Trusthound account to be a partner. You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
  • Being a partner doesn't make you our employee, agent or representative. You can't make promises on our behalf.

2. Referrals

  • We give you a personal referral link and code.
  • A business counts as your referral if it signs up for Trusthound within 90 days of first visiting through your link, or enters your code when it signs up, on our website or in our app.
  • The first referral counts. If a business arrives through more than one partner, the first valid referral is the one we credit, and it doesn't change later.
  • A business that already had a Trusthound account, or that you own or control, isn't a referral.
  • We decide whether a referral is valid using our records. If something looks wrong, tell us within 60 days and we'll look into it.

3. Commission

  • You earn 25% of the subscription revenue we actually receive from each referred business for the first 12 months after it first pays us.
  • "Revenue we actually receive" means what the business pays for its Trusthound plan, after Apple's or Google's fees for in-app subscriptions, and excluding VAT, GST, sales tax, refunds and chargebacks. Payments a business takes from its own clients through Trusthound don't count.
  • Commission is held for 30 days after the payment it's earned on, to allow for refunds. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed.
  • We pay commission that has become payable once a month, through Stripe, to the account you connect in the partner portal, in the currency shown there. You're responsible for keeping your payout details up to date.
  • You're responsible for any tax on your commission. Our payments include any VAT only where we've agreed it with you in writing.

4. Promoting Trusthound

You agree to:

  • Say you're a partner. Make it clear to your audience that you may earn a commission, in line with advertising rules where you are (for example, the UK's CAP Code and the US FTC's endorsement guides).
  • Describe Trusthound accurately, using our published prices and features. Don't promise licences, compliance, income or results.
  • Not send spam, buy traffic through misleading ads, or use cookie stuffing, forced clicks or any other trick to create referrals.
  • Not bid on "Trusthound" or similar terms in search advertising, or use them in ad copy, domain names or social media handles.
  • Not offer discounts or incentives we haven't agreed to.
  • Follow data protection law if you collect people's details while promoting Trusthound.

5. Our brand

We give you a limited, revocable permission to use the Trusthound name and logo only to promote Trusthound under these terms, and only in the form we supply. Don't change them or suggest we endorse your business.

6. Ending the partnership

  • Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email.
  • If you end it, or we end it without you breaking these terms, we'll pay commission already earned on payments made before the end date once it becomes payable.
  • If we end it because you broke these terms, for example by spamming or misleading people, we may withhold commission connected with the breach.

7. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission rate. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email of changes that affect you. Changes don't reduce commission on payments made before they take effect.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions? Email woof@trusthoundapp.com.
