Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. You get every feature for 14 days without giving any card details. If you'd like to carry on, you choose a plan before the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't chosen a plan, your account stays available to view and export, but you can't create new bookings, invoices or invites until you pick one. Nothing is deleted straight away.
Are prices shown with or without tax?
Without. Prices on this page are a month, plus GST where applicable. Where we have to charge tax on your subscription, it's added at checkout.
Does Trusthound take a cut of what my clients pay me?
No. Trusthound takes no cut of your clients' payments and adds no per-transaction fee. Each business has its own Stripe account: you pay Stripe's standard rates, which vary by country and payment method, straight to Stripe, and the money goes to your bank.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from your settings. Move up when you take on staff, or down if your team gets smaller.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no contract. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your records before and after you go.
Is the app price different?
If you subscribe through the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google bill you at their prices, which can differ from the website. Website subscriptions are billed by us through Stripe, with a proper tax invoice.
